Support Policy

We aim to respond promptly, but some queries may take several hours.
We do not offer emergency support by phone.
Support is for investment account matters only.
Payment & Refund Policy
- All deposits to your investment account are final and non-refundable.
- Once funds are deposited, they are allocated to the agreed investment strategy.
- You agree not to file chargebacks or disputes for completed deposits.
- Fraudulent activity (e.g., stolen credit cards, unauthorized payments) will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Free Bonus / Referral Policy
We may offer welcome bonuses, referral bonuses, or promotional credits.
We reserve the right to review and revoke any free balance or bonus if we suspect misuse.
If bonus removal results in a negative account balance, your account will be suspended until cleared.
Liability Limitation
